Andrew became Chief Executive of the company on 26th May 2016. He joined the Group’s Board in August 2012 as a non-executive director. He has a wealth of international business experience gained through executive roles at Rolls-Royce and more recently as Chief Executive Officer of Alent plc.
Guy Millward became a director of the Company on 1 December and took on his role as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) on 21 December 2015.
He has previously held a number of senior finance positions with both publicly listed and privately held technology companies. His previous roles include; Group Finance Director at Morse Plc from 2009 to 2011; Group Finance Director at Alterian Plc from 2011 to 2012; and most recently, CFO at Advanced Computer Software Group plc from 2013, until its sale to Vista Equity Partners in mid-2015. He has also held positions at Kewill plc from 2000 to 2009, General Electric from 1993 to 1999 and EY from 1986 to 1993.
David has an established track record of success in both chip and IP sales and has held management positions at Hitachi and at Parthus. He joined Imagination in 2002 to run business development for the company’s technology groups. David has been formative in many of our most significant licensing deals.
Martin joined Imagination Technologies (then VideoLogic) in 1993 to start the company’s 3D group. He was instrumental in developing PowerVR graphics technology.
Martin has over 20 years experience in the DSP industry and was project director of Ensigma prior to its acquisition by Imagination in 2000. Martin managed Ensigma’s DAB and Mobile TV business before becoming EVP of the Ensigma product line in 2005.
Jim has held a variety of executive positions including: GM of STMicroelectronics’ Microcontroller Division; VP of Marketing for ARM’s Processor Division; VP and GM of Processors Subsystems and Productivity group for ST-Ericsson and STMicroelectronics; and VP Of Marketing for Toumaz Ltd. Jim has established a strong track record for successfully transforming businesses and R&D organisations into productive and profitable entities. Jim is based in Santa Clara.
Simon joined Imagination Technologies in 2016 bringing 30 years experience developing silicon products for consumer and professional applications. Prior to Imagination Simon held management positions at Philips Semiconductors, LSI Logic, Aspex Semiconductor and Ericsson. He has extensive experience in all aspects of silicon product development from concept through to production.
Paul joined VideoLogic (now Imagination Technologies) in business planning and became responsible for operations, logistics and sales for the company’s systems business. Paul was part of the senior management team that introduced the Pure brand and helped establish Pure as the number one brand for DAB. In September 2006 Paul became Vice President & General Manager of Pure.
Oshin joined as the Group HR Director on 2nd of May 2016 with a wealth of experience in the HR profession. Her early career covered the Health Service, Charitable organisations and commercial companies. Over recent years, Oshin has held key leadership roles in transportation for ComfortDelGro, outsource services with Reliance and Securitas and listed companies including QinetiQ and Centrica. Having qualified in in HR 1995, Oshin also holds a qualification in Organisational Psychology & Change Management.
Ruth is the General Counsel for Imagination Technologies and oversees all group legal and patent activities. Ruth joined Imagination in 2011, and has over 18 years’ experience advising on corporate, commercial, intellectual property and compliance matters across a broad range of sectors. Ruth started her career in private practice with Osler, Hoskin and Harcourt LLP and has subsequently worked in-house with Dell and Research in Motion (BlackBerry). Ruth received her BA from McGill University in Montreal and earned her JD at Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto. Ruth is a qualified barrister and solicitor in Canada and is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
